QUALITY POLICY

As the Sports Management Department within the Varto Vocational School of Muş Alparslan University, we aim for a quality approach that prioritizes universal ethical rules, human rights and justice, and offers research and development, education and training, and social services in the light of science, with a focus on effectiveness and efficiency.

Our Sports Management Department aims to support our academic staff within the scope of Research and Development (R&D) activities and to educate our students within this scope and to contribute to society. The processes related to education and training in our department are managed in line with the “Plan-Do-Check-Take Precautions (PUKÖ) cycle. Social contribution activities that take into account the demands and requests of internal and external stakeholders are planned and implemented in accordance with quality standards.

In this context, as the Department of Sports Management, we aim to:

Strive to keep the mission and vision of Muş Alparslan University at an original, respected and preferable level at national and international levels,

Shed light on science with qualified academic studies at national and international levels,

Transfer student-centered education and training activities from national to international levels,

Ensure the continuous improvement of the academic infrastructure in order to ensure that academic staff and students acquire the skills they will need to follow international developments,

Ensure that goals are achieved by taking into account the satisfaction of students, employees, academic staff, internal and external stakeholders,

Ensure that social contribution activities are sustainable,

Measures are taken to improve governance, education-training, research-development and social contribution processes with a quality assurance system that aims for continuous improvement.
